Refund and Return Policy for Bixacity

2. How to Return an Item

    Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories. Attach the return authorization number (RAN) to the package.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

  4. Return Processing:
    Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund based on your original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.


7. Late Returns
